Celebrate the season of love with an intimate dining experience at Bar Margot, located in the heart of Midtown’s Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta. On February 14, 2024, Bar Margot will host a special Valentine’s Day dinner featuring a three-course prix fixe menu, chocolate and pastry action station, and optional wine pairing. 

The evening promises an unforgettable dining experience featuring a meticulously curated selection of dishes that celebrate the artistry of love and gastronomy. 

Amuse Bouche: Kusshi Oyster

Savor the beginning of an extraordinary evening with a kusshi oyster adorned with Siberian caviar, lemon verbena, and a touch of champagne - an elegant prelude to the culinary adventure that follows. 

Course One: Choose a Prelude

  • Option 1: Lobster Bisque en Croute - Delight in the rich flavours of Caribbean lobster and Alabama blue crab, harmonized with heirloom tomato and Martel Blue Swift Cognac, all elegantly encased in a delicate pastry crust. 
  • Option 2: Compressed Pear - Experience a refreshing blend of burrata, serrano jamon, pistachios, Turkar Farm greens, and pink peppercorn - a symphony of textures and tastes to tantalize the palate. 

Course Two: Culinary Harmony

  • Option 1: Paccheri - Indulge in house pasta paired with Chatel Farm short rib, pecorino crème, wild Georgia mushrooms, and Perigord truffle - a savoury masterpiece that showcases the artistry of pasta and the finest ingredients. 
  • Option 2: Cherry Hill Farm Pork Belly - Savour the exquisite combination of granny smith apple, cauliflower, brown mustard seeds, and pecan vinaigrette, showcasing the culinary finesse in every bite. 

Course Three: Grand Finale

  • Option 1: Ribeye - Immerse in the robust flavours of ribeye accompanied by leek fondue, watercress, turnips, and thumbelina carrot, finished with an au poivre sauce - a carnivorous delight for discerning palates. 
  • Option 2: Venison - Journey into the heart of culinary sophistication with venison, sunchoke, baby beets and their greens, fennel pollen, and a velvety Malbec jus - a dish that marries boldness with refinement. 

Chocolate Display: A Sweet Overture to the Night

Conclude the evening on a sweet note with an irresistible chocolate display featuring chocolate raspberry tartlet, black forest cake, lychee-raspberry panna cotta with liquid nitrogen rose, white chocolate chantilly, coconut cake with exotic fruit.
