Brasserie Margot Travels from Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta to NYC for a One-Night Only James Beard Foundation Dinner

On Friday, May 2, 2025, Executive Chef Jon Novak and the team from Brasserie Margot will take the stage at Platform by the James Beard Foundation at Pier 57 for a one-night-only dining experience. The evening, A Taste of Paris by Way of Atlanta, will feature a multi-course menu that reimagines French brasserie fare through a distinctly Atlanta lens, showcasing the refined technique and modern energy that have quickly made Brasserie Margot one of the city’s most exciting new restaurants.

Chef Novak’s menu will be followed by a dessert course from Executive Pastry Chef Eric Snow, whose artful approach to pastry brings balance, beauty, and a touch of theatre to every meal. Guests will also enjoy a lineup of signature cocktails from award-winning General Manager Ashish Sharma, the creative force behind Brasserie Margot’s cocktail program, along with a curated selection of French and sustainable wines chosen to enhance the experience.

Located within Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta, Brasserie Margot blends Parisian elegance with Atlanta’s vibrant spirit.
