Brasserie Margot at Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta Introduces Weekend Brunch
A Parisian-inspired affair with reimagined French classics, a roving éclair cart and artfully crafted cocktails, every Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 to 3:00 pm
Brasserie Margot at Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta debuts its highly anticipated weekend brunch, offering a refined yet playful take on the time-honoured tradition. Available every Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 to 3:00 pm, the thoughtfully curated menu blends classic French flavours with modern indulgence, set against an inviting and effortlessly stylish backdrop. With an emphasis on elegant simplicity and unexpected touches, Brasserie Margot’s brunch is designed to be both a destination and an experience.
At the heart of the brasserie’s new weekend offering is Executive Chef Jon Novak, whose à la carte menu reimagines brunch staples through a Parisian lens. Signature dishes include Duck Confit & Waffles; an elegant take on Eggs Benedict; and a Savoury Crêpe filled with rotisserie-style chicken, truffle béchamel, and Georgia mushrooms. The Smoked Salmon Tart - with pâte sablée, Siberian caviar, and béarnaise sauce - delivers a refined start, while the Margot Burger, stacked with a double patty, American cheese and Dijonnaise, offers a more indulgent take.
While the menu is a celebration of reimagined French classics with Novak’s signature touch, the pastry program brings its own moment of culinary artistry. Led by Executive Pastry Chef Eric Snow, the selection of house-made pastries is every bit as captivating, with delicate éclairs served tableside from a roving éclair cart, adding an element of surprise and delight. From French Toast flambéed with Grand Marnier to Blueberry Pancakes with bourbon barrel maple syrup and Riz au Lait with caramelized oranges and blistered cranberries, each offering is thoughtfully crafted to balance elegance with a touch of whimsy.
Of course, no brunch is complete without the right cocktail. General Manager and award-winning master mixologist Ashish Sharma has crafted a selection of French-inspired drinks that balance lightness and complexity. The Suze & Tonic brings a crisp, herbaceous alternative to the classic spritz, while the Rosé Spritz - made with Lillet Rosé, Yellow Chartreuse, and Rosé Crémant - adds a floral touch. The Margot Mimosa, featuring freshly squeezed orange juice and Campari, keeps things refreshingly simple, while Harry’s Bloody Mary, topped with a quail egg, shrimp, and chicharrón, delivers a bold, savoury start.
