Floating Into Mindfulness Returns to Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta with a New Summer Sound Bath Series

Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta marks the return of Floating into Mindfulness this summer, a restorative sound bath series designed to quiet the mind and reset the body through guided meditation, resonant sound frequencies, and floating relaxation inside the hotel’s indoor heated saline pool. Taking place on Wednesdays, June 10, July 8, August 12, and September 9 at 6:00 pm, the monthly experience transforms the spa at Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta into a candlelit setting. Here, guests float across the water while a certified instructor leads a meditative sound journey designed to ease tension, encourage mindfulness, and create a sense of calm and restoration.

Each Floating into Mindfulness experience includes two hours of spa access prior to the session, light bites, a refreshing non‑alcoholic beverage, complimentary valet and a curated take‑home gift. Designed for only 20 participants per evening, the series offers a more intentional approach to summer wellness in the city.
