Stand-Up Paddleboard Yoga 

Clear your mind and set meaningful intentions for a productive day by incorporating paddleboard yoga in the pool. Tucked within the heart of the Hotel, an indoor saltwater lap pool is a hidden oasis of pure serenity. Invite attendees to stretch beyond their comfort zone on a paddleboard, while gracefully flowing through empowering sun salutations led by a local certified instructor.  

Aromatherapy Class 

Essential oils do more than smell good. Learn the beneficial uses of botanicals and herbs in an aromatherapy class. Led by Alicia McMahon, lead massage therapist at The Spa and certified horticulturist, attendees will create their own scrubs and lotions using plants from the Hotel’s herb garden.  

Floral Arrangements for First Responders 

The striking floral arrangements found around every corner of the Hotel are the vision and craft of Kimberlee Mitchell, owner of Botanica Floral. Given that flowers are a symbolic way to share appreciation and gratitude, she and the Hotel work together to donate and deliver special floral arrangements to local first responders. Attendees can participate in a hands-on floral arrangement project led by Botanica, learn about a variety of flowers and their meanings, while creating bouquets for Atlanta’s heroes.
