Sip the Colour of Kindness at Four Seasons Hotel Austin

In celebration of World Kindness Day and to honour the true art of kindness, Four Seasons Hotel Austin will spotlight local artists of multiple varieties with an afternoon of creativity, libations, and of course, live music. In conjunction with a Four Seasons global initiative, the Hotel will host a complimentary event on November 13, 2023, from 4:00 to 7:00 pm to celebrate kindness and support local artists who impact the community.

Kindness Cocktails

Hotel guests and locals are invited to “sip the colour of kindness” with complimentary World Kindness Day beverages served from a custom-built “woody teardrop" trailer on the Front Drive. Featured “kindness cocktails” - inspired by watercolours and music - will be available for purchase in the Hotel bar, Live Oak.

Letters of Kindness and Pop-Up Shopping

After making their way into the Lobby, visitors can send gratis letters of kindness to friends and family on watercolour postcards created by local artist Avery Price of Coloring Austin. More of Avery’s pieces featuring iconic Austin locations will be available for purchase at a pop-up shop in the Lobby.

Live Music and the Health Alliance for Austin Musicians

To celebrate art and the Austin community, a portion of proceeds from Live Oak Kindness Cocktails and Avery’s artwork will benefit local non-profit, Health Alliance for Austin Musicians (HAAM), which provides access to affordable healthcare for greater Austin’s low-income working musicians, with a focus on prevention and wellness. To showcase the rhythm of the city and its local artists, HAAM-supported musician Kelsi Creek will join for a special live performance and representatives from the organization will be onsite to speak more about their important work supporting local musicians.
