From February 12 through May 31, 2026, the downtown lakeside retreat invites guests to step into Roses & Rosé, a rose-tinted celebration inspired by nature’s most romantic bloom and the season’s most refreshing sip. The Hotel comes alive with immersive floral installations, rosé-forward menus, spirited events and moments designed to linger long after the last sip.

A Botanical Awakening

From the moment guests arrive, the Hotel is transformed into a living garden. Lush floral moments and pop-up rose gardens bloom across the property—from the Ciclo Lawn to Live Oak and poolside—inviting guests to linger, explore, and capture the season at its most picturesque.

A Rosé-Soaked Kickoff Event

Festivities officially bloom on Friday, February 13, from 5:00 to 7:00 pm, with an open-air kickoff on the Ciclo Lawn. Set inside the pop-up rose garden, the evening features flowing rosé poured from the Hotel’s signature woody teardrop trailer, a live DJ, and golden-hour views along the lake. Guests may indulge in the curated Flights and Bites experience or graze à la carte from Ciclo as the sun dips.

Roses & Rosé Flights and Bites at Ciclo

Offered daily via OpenTable reservation from 5:00 to 6:00 pm, Hotel guests and locals can explore rosé Champagnes paired with indulgent takes on Tuna Tiradito, Wagyu Anticucho and Spanish Chorizo Croquetas in a self-guided tasting designed for discovery. Sip indoors with lake views or outdoors in the rose garden, where live music sets the tone every Friday evening.

Pop-Up Rose Garden and Live Music

As the weekend begins, the Ciclo Lawn comes alive every Friday from 5:00 to 8:00 pm with live local music performed among cascading florals. Guests can raise a glass of crisp rosé—served straight from the outdoor trailer— and tap along to the beat.

Roses & Rosé A-Tea-X Afternoon Tea

Afternoons slow to a stylish pause with Roses & Rosé A-Tea-X, served daily from 1:00 to 3:00 pm in Live Oak. This modern tea service features petal-pretty scones, delicate tea sandwiches, fragrant loose-leaf teas, and floral-kissed cocktails, all enjoyed in a rose-adorned lounge made for lingering. Reservations are open to the public and can be made via the Hotel’s OpenTable page.

Picnic Season, Perfected

For a taste of spring outdoors, Hotel guests can curate a custom gourmet picnic to enjoy on the blooming Lawn with lakeside views.
