The Wolfgang Puck restaurants at Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay start 2024 with a bang and sensational dining experiences. Executive Chef Brian Becher and his team will welcome Guest Chef Aram Mardigian for two extraordinary evenings that will leave a lasting impression.

Chef Aram Mardigian is the executive chef of American Bar and Grille at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in New Jersey. Chef Brian, who worked with Chef Aram at Wolfgang Puck American Grille back in 2007 when he was a demi chef de partie, considers him his primary mentor. "Chef Aram is my mentor, the undisputed king of sandwiches and sausages. He taught me everything I know about comfort food, pasta, and sharing the food I like with the people I like," Chef Brian comments.

Comfort Food with a Special Twist at CUT by Wolfgang Puck

Surprising flavours and cultural crossovers await at CUT by Wolfgang Puck on Thursday, January 25, 2024. Guests can indulge in the delicious wagyu "Beef on Weck" sandwich, which is a crowd-pleasing roast beef sandwich originating in Buffalo, New York. The a la carte menu by Chef Brian and Chef Aram also highlights wonderful smoked Calabrian sausages and Argentinian choripan.

Southeast Asian Street Food Takes New Heights at re/Asian

On Friday, January 26, 2024, re/Asian will come alive with the sights, sounds, and aromas one would typically encounter on the lively streets of Southeast Asia. Chef Brian and Chef Aram will serve their interpretations of fun Southeast Asian street food. The evening can be elevated in both events with the restaurant's expansive beverage collection.
