It is Time to Ring in the Lunar New Year with Exciting Festivities at re/Asian Cuisine at Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay

Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay welcomes the Year of the Dragon with festive celebrations at re/Asian Cuisine. The guests will usher in the festive feast and live entertainment to celebrate the new season's dawn.  

On Friday, February 9, 2024, re/Asian guests are invited to celebrate amid the lively ambiance, fifty floors high, in Bahrain's most elevated dining venue. Executive Chef Brian Becher and his team will prepare a special menu that spotlights fresh, seasonal produce and expert culinary prowess.

Celebrating the occasion of the Year of the Dragon, which symbolizes prosperity and good fortune, re/Asian will offer a feast to share with loved ones. Bringing the taste of Sichuan and Cantonese cuisines, Chef Brian's menu merges traditions with his innovative approach. Highlights of the menu include Sichuan specialties such as a selection of bespoke dim sum, succulent YueYang Lamb Dumplings, and Sichuan Beef Sausage, along with main courses such as Cantonese Duck and Black Pepper Prawns will satisfy even the most discerning palates.

For the occasion, mouth-watering desserts will take over the restaurant's sushi bar, and guests will indulge in the live station prepared with Executive Pastry Chef Pierre Chambon's sweet delicacies. 

re/Asian will fully embrace the spirit of the Lunar New Year from decorations to the costumes. Alluring red lanterns, umbrellas, lights, fortune cookies, and the re/Asian team, with their traditional outfits, will take the guests on a joyous trip to the lively streets of Asia. 

During the evening, mixologists will be on standby to create never-seen-before concoctions to pair with signature dishes. 

Last but not least, guests will also be treated to a live cultural performance, the world-famous Chinese Lion Dance. The lion dancers will showcase multiple performances in the evening, visiting guests' tables for a feast on the camera lenses.
