At the heart of the experience is a menu that celebrates Lebanon's rich culinary heritage through vibrant Mediterranean flavours, seasonal ingredients and dishes designed for sharing. Curated by Chef Tony El Khoury, the seasonal menu introduces a selection of new dishes inspired by coastal dining and shared table experiences.

New highlights include Sawda Djej with lemon butter and pomegranate molasses, Makanek bi Limon with sautéed onions and mushrooms, Mudardara Bil Lahmeh served with braised lamb shank, onions and pickled turnips, and Moghrabiye with Scallops and Prawns, showcasing a generous combination of seafood and traditional Lebanese ingredients.

Returning favorites continue to anchor the menu, including the signature Cold Mezzeh Platter, Chickpea Fattah, Fattoush Bil Khubz, Seabass Tajin, and the restaurant's celebrated Kunafa served with homemade pistachio ice cream.
