Skander Ayari brings more than two decades of experience in luxury hospitality and a strong foundation in operational leadership. Since joining Four Seasons in 2019, he has held key roles across the brand, with a focus on elevating guest experiences and leading high-performing teams.
At the helm of the Bahrain Bay property, Skander is responsible for overseeing the hotel operations, ensuring service excellence, and nurturing a culture of teamwork and innovation. He believes that operational success lies in attention to detail, understanding guests’ needs, and empowering team members to consistently go above and beyond.
“My role is to create the right environment for the team to thrive and deliver exceptional service,” he explains. “It’s about listening, adapting, and staying curious — this is what allows us to grow and improve every day.”
Outside of work, Skander enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, discovering new culinary experiences, playing golf, and baking pastries at home — a passion that traces back to his early days in France and continues to inspire his connection to hospitality today.
