Four Seasons Hotel Baku Welcomes the Autumn Season at Bentley’s Bar

Bentley’s Whisky and Cigar Bar at Four Seasons Hotel Baku is reopening its doors to continue its successful partnership with The Macallan and welcome this autumn season with new Asian-inspired appetizers and reworked beverages to elevate guests’ senses and introduce them to a brand-new dimension in a bar dining experience.

The Bentley’s Bar team has artfully designed an extensive selection of Asian-inspired appetizers that will transport guests’ taste buds on a flavourful journey across the continent. From delicate sushi rolls to mouthwatering spring rolls, Thai beef salad and prawn popcorn, the menu is a true testament to the rich and diverse flavours of Asia.

In addition to this “Journey to Asia” concept, talented Bentley’s Bar mixologist Samir Najafguliyev is proud to unveil hand-crafted cocktails, made with lemongrass-infused Hendrick’s Gin, lychee puree, passion fruit bitters and many more imaginative ingredients: “From the bustling streets of Tokyo to the enchanting landscapes of Beijing, we meticulously crafted each cocktail to capture the essence of true Asia.”

These masterfully created cocktails offer a sensory journey that will excite both cocktail connoisseurs and those new to the world of mixology:

  • Great Wall – Lemongrass-infused gin, Cointreau, lemon Juice, passion fruit bitters
  • Takamori – Cherry-infused tequila, Cointreau, cherry puree, lemon juice
  • Hachiko – Hendrick’s gin, orange juice, lemon juice, lychee puree, peach bitters
  • Terracotta Army – Hendrick’s gin, peach liqueur, lychee puree, pomegranate juice, lime juice
  • Katana – Cardamon-infused rum, cherry liqueur, lemon juice, sugar syrup, cardamon bitters
  • Nine Tailed Fox – St-Germain, sake, prosecco, watermelon bitters
  • Jade Emperor – Hendrick’s gin, absinthe, Midori liqueur, lychee puree, lime juice, cucumber

Season Opening Night with The Macallan

During the season opening night on Friday, October 20, 2023, guests of Bentley’s Bar have an opportunity not only to immerse in new menu offerings, but also learn about The Macallan’s 200-year history of whisky-making and taste the rarest single malt - The Macallan Sherry Oak 18 y. o. - during a masterclass lead by Igor Kalimov, Regional Brand Ambassador of The Macallan. The evening is enhanced by bespoke cocktails expertly crafted using The Macallan's exquisite whisky selection and sophisticated bites by Executive Chef Renato Rizzi featuring seared scallops, roasted octopus, wild mushroom risotto, chocolate and Beluga caviar macarons, exquisite oysters and more.

Bentley’s Bar will be open daily from 5:00 pm for all guests who wish to discover the tastes of The Macallan Whisky Range, new Bentley’s handcrafted cocktails and fusion cuisine on offer every evening.
