Four Seasons Hotel Baku Introduces the Smallest Chef in the World, with an Innovative Fine Dining Experience by “Le Petit Chef”
Four Seasons Hotel Baku, in collaboration with 2Spicy Entertainment GmbH, announces the arrival of the globally-renowned immersive dining experience, "Le Petit Chef," at rooftop private dining Kaspia Restaurant, starting from Friday, December 15, 2023. This unique dinner theatre combines sophisticated 3D cinema with exquisite gastronomy, promising a captivating and memorable experience for all guests.
Imagine a dinner plate transforming into a stage where a pint-sized chef takes centre spotlight. Between courses, witness the charming little chef's comical attempts at culinary mastery, always saved by the skilled culinary team of Four Seasons Hotel Baku. As the culinary spectacle unfolds, the table turns into an unobtrusive screen for various performances, creating a delightful fusion of entertainment and gastronomy.
The carefully curated menu, including options such as the “Le Petit Executive Menu,” showcases a culinary journey featuring delights such as burrata on beetroot with tomatoes, local herbs vinaigrette and oscetra caviar; pumpkin soup with lobster and saffron, followed by a grilled chicken breast on onion puree with charred broccoli and grain mustard jus. The main course serves baked French lobster with lemon beurre blanc and salicornia salad. The grand finale awaits with a decadent Madagascar crème brûlée accompanied by shortbread, vanilla chantilly, and berries.
The menu caters to diverse preferences, offering classic, vegetarian, and junior variants, ensuring that every guest, young and old, enjoys an unforgettable culinary adventure.
“We are excited to be the first hotel in Azerbaijan to bring this immersive 3D cinematic dining experience by 2Spicy Entertainment and invite guests to embark on such a fun and magical journey with Le Petit Chef for the whole family,” says Mahmoud El Keiy, General Manager of Four Seasons Hotel Baku, welcoming this cutting-edge dinner theatre at Kaspia.
Behind the enchanting animations is the Belgian light art collective Skullmapping, founded in 2010 by Filip Sterckx and Antoon Verbeeck. Using 3D mapping technology and profound artistic knowledge, the 58 millimetre small chef came to life in 2015, adding a touch of magic to every dining experience.
Christian Bagaric, Managing Director of 2Spicy Entertainment GmbH, expresses his excitement about expanding into Azerbaijan, stating, "With great pleasure we are now also able to open with Four Seasons Hotel Baku our first location in Azerbaijan. The opening is a great expansion for us and we are happy to be able to entertain guests with an unforgettable show and gourmet experience together with the team on site."
Starting from December 15, 2023, Le Petit Chef will captivate audiences every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at 7:30 pm at Kaspia Restaurant. Each session promises approximately 90 minutes of immersive delight.
