“This Ramadan will be very special, as for the first time we will open our traditional open buffet, showcasing signature dishes of Ramadan such as ouzi and kunefe,” proudly announces General Manager Mahmoud El Keiy as he invites guests to join this experience during Holy Month.

The specially curated buffet offers appetizing options for delicious Iftar meal, featuring Middle Eastern mezze (marinated eggplant and peppers, hummus, fattoush, tabbouleh, baba ghanoush, muhammara, labneh), variety of soul-warming soups, enticing salads, renowned dishes of Azerbaijani and Middle Eastern cuisine such as dolma, whole baby lamb ouzi with raisin rice, sambousek, qutab, pide, whole grilled chicken, lule kebab, beef rib eye, and grilled salmon are followed by rich desserts with a mouth-watering kunefe live station, chocolate fountain, fruit skewers, Turkish baklava, rice pudding with orange zest, umali, chocolate fudge cake, all-time favourite tiramisu, fruit selection and many more.

Elevating the experience even further, guests will be serenaded by the enchanting melodies of authentic Azerbaijani music, adding an extra layer of cultural richness to the dining experience.
