The high-intensity, low-impact workout is designed to strengthen use movement mechanics, muscle strength, and functional stability to engage a full-body workout. Suitable for all fitness levels, Senior Master Coach KG Spencer guides participants through controlled, full-body movements that maximize results while protecting the joints. This unique program combines fitness, relaxation, and scenic beauty for a complete body-and-mind refresh.
The three-part series is designed to enhanced the Hotel’s Spa offerings through expert trainers and an unparalleled view of the Inner Harbor, allowing participants to prioritize their health and indulge themselves with a luxurious setting.
