From steamed crystal fish dumplings with crab roe and prawn to deep-fried purple sweet potato swan puff with scallop and prawn, each dish showcases Chef Po's impressive skill and dedication to his craft. The menu also features braised bean curd roll with prawn in abalone sauce, steamed golden bird's nest and lobster dumpling, and pan-fried Chinese chive and pork dumplings, all starting at THB 180.
"Dim sum is a form of handicraft that requires patience, attention to detail, and an understanding of balance and harmony," says Chef Justin Po. "With this new seasonal menu, I wanted to showcase the craftsmanship and complexity of dim sum while using the freshest and most premium ingredients available."
Yu Ting Yuan, located at Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River, is the only Michelin starred Cantonese restaurant in Thailand, presenting authentic Cantonese cuisine in a designer setting amid lush gardens and a shimmering reflection pond.
