Celebrating the timeless romance of Christmas, the afternoon tea awakens the palate with the rich, savoury warmth of foie gras, paired with the seasonal tartness of hawthorn for a memorable winter note. Apples, fragrant and sweet, are baked with creative inspiration and enhanced by the essence of prawn consommé jelly, blending beautifully. A refreshing crab salad, mixed with the crispness of Asian pear and crowned with luxurious caviar, offers a burst of refined flavour. Plump scallops, paired with Spanish ham, create a delightful harmony of savoury notes.

Handcrafted desserts embody the magic of the season: fresh raspberries adorn a dense, indulgent chocolate brownie for an exquisite taste experience. Yuzu cheesecake adds a lively and bright touch, balanced with the yuzu’s fresh tang. A chestnut Yule log cake, soft and airy with subtle pink hues, wraps the winter-inspired filling layer by layer. From November 29, 2024 to January 5, 2025, guests may enjoy four savoury creations – Hawthorn Foie Gras Mousse with Butter Biscuit, Apple and Prawn Consommé Jelly, Crab Salad with Caviar and Asian Pear, and Scallop Tartare with Spanish Ham – accompanied by three elegant sweets – Raspberry Brownie, Yuzu Cheesecake, and Chestnut Yule Log Cake – and a limited-edition Strawberry Vanilla Christmas Tree. Classic scones and fruit-studded scones with fresh cream and two seasonal homemade jams complete the experience.
