Highlights of the new menu include Spinach Salad with wild honey and pecans, a light and refreshing start reminiscent of untouched morning mist; Mushroom Consommé with winter melon and porcini, a delicate broth layered with earthy depth; and Handmade Tomato Paccheri Pasta, infused with fresh basil and classic sauce for a true taste of Italy. For heartier appetites, the menu presents Wagyu Beef Tenderloin MB9 with carrot trio, where marbling meets natural sweetness, and a seasonal dessert, Pumpkin Tiramisu, offering a warm, comforting finale.
