As the city slows to the rhythm of summer, Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru sets the stage for an indulgent escape with its Summer Soirée Afternoon Tea—a graceful celebration of the season’s warmth and charm.

Crafted by Executive Pastry Chef Saleem Gafoor, the menu captures the soul of Indian summers—sun-drenched, vibrant, and full of nostalgia. Guests can savour expressive bites such as the flaky Jackfruit Puff or the richly spiced Mutton Pepper Roast Bun, each echoing beloved local flavours through a contemporary lens. Sweet creations such as the Alphonso Mango Tart and Banana Passionfruit Bon-Bon carry the essence of tropical indulgence, paired perfectly with signature shortbreads and handcrafted biscuits.

Guests may choose from three distinctive journeys: Signature, a classic pairing of house-selected tea or coffee; Lavender, a spirited twist with bespoke tea-based cocktails infused with summer botanicals; and Sparkle, a celebratory offering of free-flowing sparkling wine for two hours.
