Inspired by the hotel’s setting as an anchor to the Golden Triangle, the exclusive Beverly Hills neighbourhood that includes Rodeo Drive and some of the city’s most sought-after fine-dining restaurants, this playful cocktail hour brings the evening’s golden glow indoors.

Available Tuesday through Thursday from 5:30 to 7:00 pm and Friday and Saturday from 5:00 to 7:00 pm, the Golden Hour menu features food and beverage specials designed for sampling, socializing, and savouring CUT Lounge’s signature flavours. The highlight of the experience is the À La “Belle” Cart, a whimsical and Instagram-worthy miniature bell cart presented on the table, featuring a curated tasting menu:

• Three miniature CUT signature cocktails
• Selection of CUT Lounge bar bites such as a wagyu slider, arancini, and chicken-stuffed wing
