“At Four Seasons Hotel Boston, our goal is to make this holiday season truly magical for guests and locals alike,” says Michael Pedder, General Manager, Four Seasons Hotel Boston. “Whether gathering for a festive meal, creating memories at the Teddy Bear Breakfast, or warming up after skating, we’re committed to designing experiences that celebrate the joy and wonder of winter in Boston.”

Introducing Après Skate at Coterie

Beginning December 1, 2024 and running through March 31, 2024, Coterie, the Hotel’s brasserie-style lobby lounge, welcomes guests to its new Après Skate experience. Following a day of ice skating at the nearby Frog Pond – a Boston tradition – guests can warm up with a French-inspired menu that includes oysters with caviar, beef bourguignon with truffles and mashed potatoes, and classic poutine. For a sweet touch, Chef Patrice Martineau’s signature Manjari Grand Cru hot chocolate, served with a house-made butter croissant and whipped cream, is guaranteed to quell any winter chill. Coterie welcomes guests to gather and take in panoramic park views each day from 11:00 am to 11:30 pm, inviting guests to relax and savour these seasonal delicacies. Guests can elevate their classic skating experience with the Skate Essentials Basket, a cozy assortment of winter must-haves. The basket includes Four Seasons-branded beanies for adults, mittens and hats for children, hand warmers, a thermos of hot chocolate with to-go cups, and skating snacks such as popcorn, cookies, and nut mix. The basket, priced at USD 120 plus tax for four guests, can be reserved through the Guest Experience team.

Festive Family Fun at The Teddy Bear Breakfast

On December 21 and 22, 2024, Four Seasons Hotel Boston will borrow a page from Santa’s workshop with its new Teddy Bear Breakfast at Aujourd’hui. Children will be able to create their own teddy bears and join in the festive spirit with ornament decorating and holiday crafts, followed by live storytelling. A DJ will be spinning tunes for a lively all-ages dance floor. Breakfast includes a buffet of seasonal dishes, along with Mimosas and sparkling wine for adults. Tickets are USD 150 per adult and USD 65 per child (ages 2-12), inclusive of tax and gratuity, with children under two years old complimentary. Reservations can be made on OpenTable. Seating is limited. Guests can enhance the festive experience by making a day of it, with optional add-ons such as tickets to The Grinch at the Boch Center or Urban Nutcracker at the Schubert Theater.

For a unique holiday experience in America’s most walkable city, guests can embark on the Hot Cocoa and History Stroll, a customized winter walking tour through Boston’s historic sites, complete with stops at local cafés to enjoy rich hot chocolate.
