Kollázs Brasserie & Bar at Four Seasons Hotel Budapest introduces its newest culinary experience: Sunday Brunch. Thoughtfully curated with refined flavours and a focus on effortless indulgence, this brunch concept invites guests to enjoy a leisurely, sophisticated Sunday in the heart of the city.

Available every Sunday from 12:00 noon to 4:00 pm, the three-course brunch allows guests to personalize their experience by selecting one starter, one main course, and one sweet delight, all for HUF 23,900 + service charge. The package also includes a selection of hot beverages, still and sparkling water, and fresh juices, ensuring a truly satisfying and relaxed meal. To enhance the atmosphere, live music will provide the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable Sunday gathering.

"Bringing back brunch has been on our minds for a while, but we wanted to do it in a way that feels fresh, personal, and truly indulgent. Instead of the usual buffet, we’re offering a thoughtfully curated à la carte experience, allowing guests to tailor their meal to their preferences. And, because no great brunch is complete without a signature pastry, we’ve created our own croissant - flaky, buttery, and ready to be topped with everything from truffle to salmon. It’s already a favourite of mine, and I hope it becomes one for our guests, too," says Agustina Sanchez, General Manager, KOLLÁZS.

  • Starters: A selection of house-made signature croissants, available in three exclusive variations, or indulge in classics such as Tokaji Aszú-marinated foie gras terrine, tiger prawns in white wine butter sauce, or comforting egg dishes such as Eggs Benedict Royale with smoked salmon.
  • Mains: From rich Boeuf Bourguignon to a Parisian-style Croque Madame with truffle and Comté cheese, every dish is crafted to satisfy. For a lighter option, enjoy a Niçoise salad with seared tuna and quail egg. To keep the menu fresh and exciting, a chef’s special meat and fish of the day is available, changing each Sunday.
  • Sweets: End on a high note with the celebrated Tarte Tatin, a golden French toast with customizable condiments, or the signature Gresham waffle - each offering a perfect balance of indulgence and elegance.

For those who love to elevate their brunch, indulge in exclusive add-ons:

  • Champagne and Cocktails – Toast to the weekend with a glass of Pierre Paillard or Kreinbacher Prestige, or sip on a classic Mimosa or Bloody Mary.
