Originally from Mar del Plata, Argentina, Agustina’s career reflects her passion for elevating dining experiences and developing high-performing teams.
She began her Four Seasons journey as a student at Four Seasons Palm Beach, where a season in the Spa eventually led her to discover her passion in Food & Beverage. She later joined the pre-opening and opening team at the Four Seasons Surf Club in Miami, advancing as Food & Beverage Manager in Training. Returning to her home country, she contributed to Elena Restaurant at Four Seasons Buenos Aires, renowned as one of the "50 Best Restaurants in Latin America."
In 2018, Agustina moved to Four Seasons Resort Costa Rica as Assistant Restaurant Manager, steadily advancing to Director of Restaurants overseeing seven outlets. There, she honed her operational and leadership skills, navigating challenges such as hotel reopenings, launching new venues, and orchestrating high-profile festive events—experiences that fortified her adaptability and strategic vision.
Upon moving to Budapest, Agustina led KOLLÁZS Brasserie & Bar as General Manager, where her dedication to service excellence and kitchen collaboration helped the venue achieve Michelin-selected recognition.
Now, in her role as Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, Agustina leverages her rich and diverse background to elevate the hotel’s culinary offerings, crafting memorable experiences that reflect both local culture and global standards of excellence.
