Marcela Vita has been a part of the Four Seasons family since 2001, when she joined the brand as Human Resources Manager. With more than two decades of experience in hospitality, she currently leads the People and Culture team at Four Seasons Hotel Buenos Aires, fostering a work environment where empathy, excellence, and human connection thrive.
Born and raised in Buenos Aires, Marcela began her career in human resources at prestigious luxury properties in the city, including Park Hyatt Buenos Aires, where she served as personnel manager, and InterContinental Buenos Aires, where she was part of the opening team as recruitment manager. Her early experiences in the industry set the tone for a career dedicated to developing people, building strong teams, and creating workplace cultures that reflect the highest standards of service.
With a degree in Psychology and further specialization in Gestalt therapy and Ontological Coaching, Marcela brings a unique human-centred perspective to her leadership style. Her background also includes a National Teacher’s degree in Early Childhood Education, a testament to her lifelong passion for learning and growth.
Fluent in Spanish and English, Marcela believes that true luxury lies in how we choose to invest our time — a philosophy she brings to life every day through her commitment to the development and well-being of her teams.
