He joined the team at Four Seasons Buenos Aires team as a therapist, where he showcased his skills and quickly grew within the company. Over the years, he held several key roles—including massage therapist, receptionist, supervisor, and, as of 2024, Spa Manager. His professional path also led him to Four Seasons Carmelo in Uruguay, further expanding his international experience within the brand.

Oscar is known for his creativity and initiative. He is the creator of the spa’s signature treatment, Tango Porteño—a unique experience that blends a massage set to tango music with a glass of Malbec wine, and has since become a guest favourite.
