Ready to embark on a culinary journey to Egypt? Enter the enchanting realm of 18th-century Cairo at Zitouni, where the décor pays homage to the Fatimid era. Intricate calligraphic designs adorn the walls, framed by expansive windows that offer a panoramic view of the Nile and Cairo’s skyline, awash in the colours of the setting sun. Zitouni embodies an authentic Egyptian ambiance, unlike any other.

This year, Chef Ebeid has put together an authentic Iftar buffet that includes live cooking stations that embody the spirit of Ramadan. Enjoy slow-cooked veal leg, flavourful stuffed pigeons, delicious tajines, a rich selection of Egyptian and Middle Eastern mezze, and a variety of tempting desserts, such as the signature Maamoul and Kunafa Nabulsia prepared by Executive Pastry Chef Ahmad Yehia.

Gather Around the Table for Lebanese Traditions at Byblos Restaurant

A relaxed atmosphere greets diners at Byblos this Ramadan, which occupies an indoor and outdoor setting located on the poolside oasis. Patrons are invited to indulge in traditional Lebanese dishes for Iftar and Sohour prepared by Chef Wissam Kayrouz and served buffet style, featuring a vibrant mix of grilled meats, various Fattah dishes, cold and hot mezze, and homemade specialties such as tagines. Live oud and a daily band serenade with strums of classical tunes that add to the Ramadan magic from days past.
