Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza, introduces a bold new Levantine dining concept that seamlessly blends tradition with contemporary flair. Set atop the roof side on the Hotel’s 5th floor with sweeping pool views, Upper Deck Lounge now invites guests to experience the rich, sun-drenched flavours of the Levant in a stylish, laid-back rooftop setting.
Inspired by the diverse culinary heritage of Lebanon, Syria, and the Eastern Mediterranean, the newly curated menu offers a fresh take on regional classics. Guests can enjoy an elevated mezze experience, including signature dishes like Hummus with tomato kasoundi and pine nuts, Smoked Eggplant Ajami, and Pistachio Labneh with grilled olives. Charcoal-grilled favourites such as Shish Tawouk, Lamb Cutlets with freekeh, and King Prawns in saffron yogurt bring depth and heartiness, while creative street food-style wraps and soft, house-baked manakish deliver casual indulgence with a modern edge.
