Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai Appoints Naipaporn "Aom" Panlamoke as Director of Rooms
For Naipaporn "Aom" Panlamoke, returning to Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai feels like coming home. Having previously helped shape the guest experience here, she now returns as Director of Rooms, bringing more than a decade of Four Seasons experience and a deep belief that meaningful hospitality begins with people.
With more than a decade of global luxury hospitality experience across a range of Four Seasons properties, Aom brings a people-first leadership style and a practical understanding of luxury guest experiences. Having built her career across several Four Seasons destinations in Asia, she returns to Chiang Mai following a successful tenure at Four Seasons Resort Langkawi, where she led the Rooms Division from the front.
In her new role, She will lead the teams who welcome, care for and create memorable experiences throughout every stay.
She is especially focused on elevating the guest journey across the resort and says, “My vision is for Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai to be not just a leading luxury resort but a quintessential part of Asia’s vibrant narrative. Since joining Four Seasons in 2015, Aom has built extensive experience across the Rooms Division, holding leadership roles at several Four Seasons properties in Thailand and Malaysia. Her expertise spans villa operations, housekeeping, front office, and residential operations, shaped through assignments at Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui, Four Seasons Tented Camp Golden Triangle, Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai, and Four Seasons Resort Langkawi. Complementing her Four Seasons experience, she has also held leadership positions at luxury resorts in Phuket and values her task force assignment in Beirut as a particularly formative professional experience.
Throughout her career, Aom has been drawn to creating experiences that help guests connect more deeply with each destination. From Langkawi to Chiang Mai, her focus has remained the same: thoughtful hospitality, genuine relationships and a strong sense of place. Strengthened the arrival experience and introduced locally inspired experiences that deepened guests' connection to Langkawi.
Growing up in Surat Thani, Thailand, Aom was drawn early to hospitality through her fascination with connecting people from different cultures. After earning a Master of Business Administration from Ramkhamhaeng University, she embarked on a career that seamlessly segued into a life of service.
At the heart of Aom's leadership philosophy is the belief that meaningful communication builds lasting relationships.
"My return to Chiang Mai truly feels like a homecoming," she says. "I am familiar with the resort, and my experience from across the Four Seasons portfolio has lent me a deep understanding of guest service. I can’t wait to get into the rhythm here again.”
Her leadership style has been shaped by embracing collaboration and learning through challenges. Having successfully transitioned from colleague to leader within the organization, Aom credits open communication and mutual respect as the bedrock of leadership.
Looking ahead, Aom believes that luxury hospitality will continue to be shaped by wellness, personalization, and authentic local experiences. She is passionate about creating a sense of place that enables guests to connect with the natural beauty of the destination while inspiring teams to deliver intuitive service.
Away from the resort, Aom enjoys hiking, cycling, and running, and has developed a particular affinity for Northern Thailand's mountain trails.
As she returns to Chiang Mai, Aom brings with her not only experience gained across the Four Seasons portfolio, but also a genuine affection for the destination, its people and the moments of care that make every stay feel personal.
