This Golden Week, Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai stages a highly anticipated culinary gathering. Following an exceptional response to his Supper Society debut, Michelin-recognised Chef Andrew Yeo returns to Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai this October for the fourth edition of Supper Society. Chef Andrew will take guests on a sensory exploration of flavours, memories and traditions that shape his culinary identities.

“Chiang Mai has always been a creative crucible, and with Supper Society, we have created a storytelling platform with flavours. Every recipe carries a memory, and every table invites conversation,” says Ivan Giles, General Manager. “That has always been at the heart of Supper Society. It’s about bringing people together through food—sharing stories, discovering new perspectives and creating connections that continue long after the evening ends”.

Celebrating culinary tradition, one dish at a time
Set amid the rice fields and mountains of Northern Thailand, Supper Society is more than an intimate dining experience. Conceived as a gathering for food lovers, creatives and storytellers, the series brings people together around the table to exchange ideas and celebrate the stories behind food. Each edition creates a space where cuisine becomes a catalyst for connection.

Executive Chef Alvin Dela Cruz, Executive Sous Chef Naruchit Tiangtrong along with Chef Andrew Yeo craft imaginative menus that are a balancing act between honouring tradition and extending the limits of creativity.

Chef Andrew’s return marks a particularly special chapter for the series. His previous appearance at Supper Society in 2025 was met with an outstanding response from guests. This time, his residency extends beyond the main event, offering guests several opportunities to experience his culinary artistry, from an intimate six-hands dinner to an afternoon tea inspired by Golden Week traditions and a specially curated set dinner centred on heritage and family recipes.

For Chef Andrew, the idea of food as memory is deeply personal. Some of his earliest culinary memories were formed in his grandmother's kitchen in Singapore, where recipes were passed down through instinct, observation and time spent together. Those memories have remained with him throughout a global career spanning leading hotels and Michelin-starred kitchens, shaping a culinary language that is both accomplished and deeply personal.

A Six-Hands Celebration of Northern Thailand
On October 2, 2026, Supper Society Series 4 takes guests on a journey to the origins of Northern Thailand's culinary identity. The evening begins at 6:00 pm at Ratree Bar & Lounge, with welcome canapés and cocktails, before moving to NORTH by Four Seasons at 7:00 pm for an intimate six-hands dinner. Inspired by the theme Origins, the menu explores the undulating mountains, pristine waters and forests of Northern Thailand through the region’s finest seasonal ingredients. Across the courses, terroir meets tradition and contemporary creativity, revealing the stories, landscapes and cultural influences that have shaped the region’s distinctive culinary character. The evening concludes at Khao Bar, where desserts and digestifs provide a befitting finale.

Golden Traditions: Afternoon Tea with Chef Andrew Yeo
The journey continues on October 4, 2026, with Golden Traditions, an afternoon tea celebrating the craftsmanship and heritage of dim sum during Golden Week. From 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm at KHAO by Four Seasons, guests can discover Chef Andrew’s signature dim sum creations alongside an exquisite dessert buffet by Executive Pastry Chef Yanisa. Bringing together time-honoured culinary techniques, delicate dim sum artistry will meet the aesthetics of artful pastry craftsmanship. The afternoon offers a playful and elegant interpretation of traditions that have travelled across generations.

A Taste of Heritage: A Dinner Rooted in Memory
Later that evening, Chef Andrew and Chef Tor turn to a more personal source of inspiration with Legacy of Flavours, a limited-seat pop-up dinner at Rim Tai Kitchen on October 4, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Limited to just 50 guests, the intimate experience explores the dishes that shaped the chefs’ earliest memories. Inspired by treasured recipes passed down through generations, this evening is all about nostalgia.
