For 35 years, Oscar has called Four Seasons Hotel Chicago a second home. When reflecting on what makes the Hotel so unique, he shared that it’s the people - his colleagues and guests - who create a special sense of community and belonging.
“From the beginning, I saw an opportunity to grow as an individual with the company,” Oscar shares. “Four Seasons gave me the chance to evolve as a person, and that’s why I’ve stayed for all these years.”
Oscar's passion for working with people is what drives their commitment to best-in-class service. “I love getting to know the guests,” he explains. “Every event brings new faces and stories, and I’ve been lucky to meet fascinating individuals while working alongside an amazing team.”
When asked about their favourite memories, Oscar laughs. “I’ve had so many incredible experiences here that it’s hard to pick just one! Meeting guests from all over the world and creating moments they’ll remember forever has been a highlight of my career.”
