Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla Announces a Flavourful Fourth of July Weekend with Guest Chef Karan Gokani of Hoppers London

This Fourth of July weekend, Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla invites guests to experience a unique cross-cultural culinary celebration as Karan Gokani, chef, author, and co-founder of London’s award-winning Hoppers, joins forces with Executive Chef Manu Calderon for a three-day beachside pop-up at Half Shell Beach Bar.
Running from July 4 to 6, 2025, the vibrant collaboration blends the bold, spice-driven traditions of Karan’s Indian heritage with the bright flavours of Chef Manu’s Mexican roots. Together, the chefs present a limited-time menu of exciting dishes drawing inspiration from both street food and coastal cooking, all served steps away from the Caribbean surf.
Guests can expect dishes such as jackfruit cutlets with habanero chutney, chaat-spiced Mexican elotes, and a showstopping spiny lobster hodi. Mains are designed for sharing, including banana leaf-wrapped fish, goat curry tacos and more.

As any good collaboration menu should be, the dishes are far greater than the sum of their parts.”
