Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla Appoints Lorenzo Maestripieri as Resort Manager
Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla announces the appointment of Lorenzo Maestripieri as Resort Manager, following a distinguished nearly two‑decade career with Four Seasons across Europe, the Caribbean, and other celebrated international destinations.
“Every day brings something new. That constant energy is what excites me most,” says Maestripieri. “Four Seasons has shaped my career for nearly two decades, and I still feel inspired to keep learning, keep evolving, and keep pushing boundaries. Anguilla is a remarkable place to do that, and I’m honoured to lead alongside such a talented team,” continues Maestripieri.
Maestripieri joined Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla in June 2018 as the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage. After three standout years of leading the Food and Beverage team through the challenges of the COVID era, he was promoted to the Director of Food and Beverage in August 2021. In April 2023, he made an uncommon but telling move by transitioning from the Food and Beverage team into the Rooms Division as the Director of Rooms, reflecting his appetite for new challenges and continuous learning. During his time in Anguilla, Maestripieri has delivered exceptional results, including driving record guest satisfaction while leading teams with agility and consistency.
Originally from a mountain village in the Tuscan countryside, Maestripieri began his Four Seasons journey in 2008 as part of the opening team at Four Seasons Hotel Firenze, starting as the Chef de Rang. In 2011, he joined the reopening team at the iconic Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane as a Mixologist. He went on to hold several leadership roles across the property, including In-Room Dining, Lounge Manager, and Restaurant General Manager, and he completed a taskforce assignment at Four Seasons Resort Seychelles at Desroches Island. Throughout his vast international experiences, London remains especially meaningful for Maestripieri, as it is where he met his wife, Josefin.
Today, Maestripieri, Josefin, and their three sons have made Anguilla home, along with their two Anguillan dogs, Hero and Freya. As a family, they have embraced island life and remain actively involved in community outreach and local initiatives, continuing to deepen their connection to the place they proudly call home.
