The Urban Wellness Centre at Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River Welcomes First Visiting Practitioner

The recently opened Urban Wellness Centre at Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River rwelcomes the spa’s first internationally acclaimed visiting practitioner, Robert Hyrsky. Hyrsky, who has worked in 16 countries over the last 25 years, is a highly sought-after healer and wellness expert, known for his expertise in Craniosacral Stillness Touch, Body Dynamics, and Detox Massage.

Hyrsky will be offering three varieties of treatments, Craniosacral Stillness Touch, Body Dynamics and Detox Massage. Craniosacral Stillness Touch is a cutting-edge modality that is rapidly gaining popularity due to its gentle approach and wide range of applications. The therapy is about tuning deeply into the physiological and energetic structures of the body, allowing for a deeper communication to occur, resulting in a feeling of calm, flow, power, and expansion. His Body Dynamics treatment is a bespoke session tailored to the guest’s specific situation, addressing the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies through a multi-layered hands-on approach. Additionally, his Detox Massage is a German technique combining a unique blend of connective tissue massage, deep abdominal work, foot reflexology, and acupressure points, effectively breaking down and releasing stubborn toxic deposits and metabolic waste.

The Urban Wellness Centre at Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok officially opened February 1, 2023 and takes a 360-degree customizable approach to wellness across body (physical and aesthetics), mind (spirituality and mindfulness), and work (movement and function). Whether looking to make a lifestyle change, ramp of a routine, or simply relax, expert instructors, coaches, yogis and therapists are available to help guests achieve their wellbeing goals.

Highlighted by a lavish spa suite with its own private bath and indoor garden, plus eight additional treatment rooms, the spa also includes a spacious consultation area with wellness boutique, and relaxation lounges.  Additional services are provided at the in-house Gentleman’s Tonic barber shop, A Sense of Beauty, a Salon by Sasha, and nail salon.  The fitness offering encompasses a naturally-lit state-of-the-art gym, a dedicated mind and body studio with regular open and private classes, and a 35 metre (115 foot) lap pool.

Members gain premium access to the extensive wellness facilities and enjoy special privileges including wellness consultations, personalized fitness assessments, personal training sessions and group classes, special access to Visiting Masters, and member rates on spa treatments.

Hyrsky will be available at The Urban Wellness Centre until March 31, 2023. Treatments are available in 60 minute and 90-minute sessions, priced at THB 7,000 and THB 9,000 respectively plus 10 percent service charge and 7 percent government tax.
