Four Seasons Hotel Boston Prepares for Annual Teddy Bear Tea at the Bristol

One of Boston’s most beloved holiday traditions – the annual Teddy Bear Tea at the Bristol – returns to Four Seasons Hotel Boston for the 22nd year. More than a holiday event, The Teddy Bear Tea is a special community initiative of Four Seasons Hotel Boston, embracing the spirit of charity for young guests. Visitors are invited to bring a teddy bear to donate at the tea, with Four Seasons subsequently gifting all collected bears to worthy local organisations that benefit children in need.

“We are thrilled to celebrate The Teddy Bear Tea for the 22nd year,” says Rachid Hadouche, General Manager of the Bristol Restaurant & Bar. “The impact this event has had on our local community over the years is truly astonishing. The Bristol is honoured to play a small part in this outreach that takes place in Boston during the holiday season.”

Set against the backdrop of the festive Four Seasons Hotel Boston lobby, The Teddy Bear Tea has one seating daily from the December 1 to 23. Tea begins at 3:15 pm, with a special reading from a local Boston celebrity at 4:00 pm and a festive live sing along throughout the event until the conclusion at 5:00 pm. Tickets are USD 85 per adult and USD 45 per child with the donation of a bear, or USD 50 per child without.  The celebrity readers vary each day and are announced on the day of each event.

To enhance the Teddy Bear Tea experience, guests can book the Teddy Bear Tea Overnight Stay Package, which includes three tickets to Teddy Bear Tea, complimentary valet parking, and a special Teddy Bear Tea welcome amenity.

Making Reservations

Online reservations will open on Sunday, September 1, 2019, at 9:00 am.

Advanced Deposit

Due to the extreme demand for this event series, a non-refundable deposit is required. If guests choose to cancel their reservation, the fee is not reimbursed. Otherwise, the fee is put towards the final bill. The fee is 50 percent of each ticket price. Cancellations must be made within 72 hours of the reservation date or the guest will be charged the remaining.
