Elena at Four Seasons Hotel Buenos Aires Named to Latin America's 50 Best Restaurants List for Sixth Consecutive Year

At the award gala announceing the 50 Best Restaurants in Latin America in 2018, Elena at Four Seasons Hotel Buenos Aires,was chosen for the sixth consecutive year on the San Pellegrino list. It is among the ten selected restaurants in Argentina, and the only one within a five-star hotel.

The announcement was made in the city of Bogota, Colombia, in a ceremony that celebrated the best of Latin American gastronomy and showcased its best chefs, which were voted by more than 250 independent experts from throughout Latin America. The award ceremony hosts the most important chefs in the region, as well as specialised media and key figures in the industry. All these people come together to celebrate the gastronomy of Latin America.

Juan Gaffuri, Executive Chef of Four Seasons Hotel Buenos Aires, is responsible for Elena’s menu, as well as Nuestro Secreto restaurant, Pony Line Bar and the best catering events in Buenos Aires. The successful phenomenon of Four Seasons Hotel Buenos Aires began almost six years ago, revolutionising the concept of restaurants and bars in hotel industry of Buenos Aires.
