Four Seasons Resort and Residences Cabo San Lucas at Cabo Del Sol unveils an all-new concept at its iconic bar Sora, debuting this October 1 as the premier social destination in Los Cabos. Perched high above the oceanfront with panoramic views of the Sea of Cortez, Sora redefines the experience with unapologetic Mexican flavours, an inventive new Margarita program, and curated weekly entertainment – from an all-new evening brunch experience to a Latin Vibes night – that transitions seamlessly from sunset to late-night revelry.

Created in collaboration with Executive Chef Miguel Baltazar and Richard Sandoval Hospitality, the culinary program at Sora celebrates bold, shareable Mexican botanas that ignite the night. Highlights include Oaxaca Guac with chapulín chicharron, Sora Baja Tacos with jicama tortillas and crispy shrimp, and Short Rib Quesadillas served with birria broth. Complementing the menu is a standout Margarita program featuring both classics and creative twists such as the Margarita Colada and Al Pastor Margarita, along with a playful “Build Your Own Margarita Bar.” The beverage list also features Mexican spirits and wines, approachable signature cocktails such as the Prickly Pear & Baja Martini, and seasonal spritzes inspired by local fruits.

Experience Sora

Sora brings a curated lineup of weekly entertainment that keeps the atmosphere fresh and in demand. Guests can expect Vinyl Sessions on Wednesdays, a DJ-led Evening “Drunch” – an evening brunch served family-style – every Thursday, live electronic music on Fridays with the Sora Grooves live electronic trio, and Latin Vibes Saturdays showcasing rhythms from across Latin America. Signature seasonal events, from Día de Muertos celebrations to a 70s disco-inspired New Year’s Eve party, will anchor Sora as Cabo’s go-to nightlife destination.
