Designed as a celebration of craftsmanship, heritage and dialogue, The Grand Cru Table offers guests the rare opportunity to engage directly with Alessandro’s acclaimed expertise. Renowned for his precision, depth of knowledge and intuitive approach to pairing, Alessandro guides each evening with effortless sophistication, unveiling the stories, terroirs and nuances behind some of the world’s most exceptional wines.

At the heart of the experience lies a vertical tasting of distinguished Grand Crus, carefully curated to reveal the evolution, complexity and timeless character of iconic vintages. Each wine is presented with thoughtful insight, transforming the tasting into an immersive journey through time and place.

This extraordinary oenological experience is complemented by a bespoke culinary menu created by Michelin-starred Chef Yoric Tièche.
