Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai Introduces Poolside Escape Cabanas with Food and Beverage Inspired by HBO® Original Series The White Lotus

Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai unveils Poolside Escape cabanas inspired by the HBO® Original Series The White Lotus. In its third season, the show takes viewers to Thailand, promising a captivating blend of intrigue and the serene beauty for which the country is known.

At the resort, the outdoor Ratree Bar and Lounge is transformed into a luxurious Poolside Escape with cabanas, small bites and cocktails inspired by HBO’s The White Lotus. From now to May 16, 2025, guests can enjoy a special menu of cocktails including drinks inspired by each of the Four Seasons properties featured in the show: Pineapple Suite from Maui in Season one, The Lotus from Taormina in Season two and Coconut Paradise from Koh Samui featured in the latest season. Adding a local touch to the menu, the bar team has created two special beverages using homegrown basil: a gin-based Local Basil Smash and a non-alcoholic Bazil Fizz.

Complementing the beverage selection, the resort has also curated a sophisticated menu of light bites including Superfood Salad, Avocado Smash, Thai Spicy Mixed Fruit Salad and Wagyu Beef Tacos.

Named after a variety of jasmine, Ratree Bar and Lounge has a casual Thai-style ambience complete with fine wines, creative cocktails and a selection of Thai and international snacks. It plays the perfect host to the Poolside Escape experience with a mix of sculpted planters and lush tropical greenery that is quintessentially Thailand. Here, guests can soak in a relaxing daytime experience by the pool, while enjoying sunset views with a cocktail in hand.
