Every Supper Society dinner is a bespoke celebration of connection and creativity. Executive Chef Alvin Dela Cruz, Executive Sous Chef Naruchit Tiangtrong and a guest culinary talent craft innovative menus centred on a single seasonal ingredient — honouring local tradition while pushing culinary boundaries

Chef Alvin explains, “However, the essence of Supper Society goes beyond the cuisine. It is a gathering of like-minded creatives, storytellers, and food lovers who come together to share ideas, inspire one another, and build lasting relationships. The chefs and the dishes take a supporting role as the evening unfolds into an immersive journey of networking, meaningful conversation, and shared passion.”

An Evening Full of Surprises - Journey Through Secret Venues and Flavours

“Limited to only 20 guests per evening, Supper Society offers a progressive dining journey across three secret venues within the resort. “Each event is a journey of discovery,” says Resort Manager Anthony Tschudin. “We reveal each location gradually to keep anticipation alive.”

Guests may begin with sunset cocktails at Ratree Bar, followed by dinner at North Restaurant beside the flicker of a fire pit and the shimmer of rice fields. Other evenings may lead to the grand teak chandelier of Rim Tai Kitchen, the rustic charm of the Yoga Barn, or a candlelit Khao Bar turned into a secret dessert haven – or sometimes ending with a private, tranquil finale at the secluded Residence Pool.

“Every detail is crafted to elevate the experience — from changing venues and shifting moods to seamless flow — creating a night full of surprises and delights,” says Anthony Tschudin. “Supper Society captures Chiang Mai’s dynamic artistic spirit, placing it firmly on the world culinary stage.”
