Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai Brings Michelin Acclaim to the Second Edition of Supper Society
Executive Chef Alvin Dela Cruz and Executive Sous Chef Naruchit Taingtrong welcome celebrated Chef Andre Yeo to Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai for a culinary spectacle in October

Honouring a glorious three-decade legacy, Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai continues to elevate its countryside retreat with immersive experiences and delectable flair. At Thailand’s #1 Resort, wellbeing and mindfulness come naturally, even as the flavour spills into the dining programs to elevate the stay. “Following up on the run-away success and interest in the first edition of Supper Society, we are excited to bring another renowned chef to our resort in October,” smiles Sean Mosher, General Manager, Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai and Tented Camp Golden Triangle. “It is an honour to have Chef Andrew Yeo with us, bringing his Michelin-recognised expertise from Yauatcha and Hakkasan to our resort for a special culinary collaboration,” adds Anthony Tschudin, Resort Manager.
Michelin-Starred Dining
Having grown up in Singapore, Andrew’s earliest and most profound culinary education came from his grandmother's kitchen, where he learned the art and heart of traditional family recipes. This deep-rooted connection to his heritage ignited a lifelong passion for culinary exploration, leading him to hone his skills at Singapore's esteemed SHATEC Institute before embarking on a remarkable international journey. His formative years in Singapore provided invaluable mentorship and the opportunity to refine his technical skills, catapulting him onto the global map. With the Michelin-starred Yauatcha and Hakkasan as feathers in his cap, Andrew is all set to please the palates of the guests of Four Seasons in a memorable dining program.
Six Hands, One Evening
Come October 3, 2025, Andrew will collaborate with the resort's Executive Chef Alvin Dela Cruz and Executive Sous Chef Naruchit Taingtrong for a culinary spectacle that brings their individual expertise to the fore. As Alvin demonstrates his western menu, Naruchit brings a Thai flavour, while Andrew blends the tradition and innovation of Chinese cuisine. “The evening will flow across three venues with a welcome reception at Ratree Bar to enjoy a beautiful sunset and apéritif, followed by dinner at North by Four Seasons,” shares Alvin. The theme of the evening traverses locally sourced specialties, seafood and the quintessential Lanna charm, giving all three chefs an enticing playground to display their own culinary prowess. “Expect handpicked tomatoes from Chiang Mai's countryside, complemented by the ocean’s treasures from the Andaman and the Gulf of Thailand, and a generous serving of Lanna heritage,” promises Alvin. For a sweet end to the evening soiree, guests will be indulged in delectable desserts at Khao Bar.
Hands-On Learning
And if that’s not indulgent enough, Chef Andrew will share his trade secrets with a limited number of participants on October 4 at Rim Tai Kitchen Cooking Academy. At the culinary lesson, the Michelin-recognised chef will demonstrate his signature recipes, including techniques where he collaborates with in-house Chef instructor Suwattana Boonyarattananusorn to make one-of-a-kind dishes to be remembered. Besides spending the morning with Andrew, guests can prepare for a fun and engaging experience that brings the excitement of fine dining straight to their kitchen.
“The table is set. The menu is ready. All that is missing now is you,” quips Alvin. “Discover unparallelled dining and an extraordinary culinary experience at our acclaimed restaurant and bar this October!”
