Four Seasons Resorts Thailand Introduce Poolside Escape Cabanas with Food and Beverage Inspired by the HBO® Original Series The White Lotus Season 3

Four Seasons Resorts Thailand unveils Poolside Escape cabanas inspired by the HBO® Original Series, The White Lotus. In its third season, the show takes viewers to Thailand, promising a captivating blend of intrigue and the serene beauty for which the country is known.

At the resorts, guests will be transported from reel to real with a Poolside Escape experience featuring cabanas, small bites, and cocktails inspired by HBO’s The White Lotus. From February 17 until May 16, 2025, resort guests will enjoy a special menu of cocktails inspired by HBO’s The White Lotus, including one from each of the Four Seasons properties featured in the show:

• Pineapple Suite: The tropical flavours of Hawaii are infused into a decadent cocktail inspired by Maui in Season one
• The Lotus: Deep within Sicily’s romantic charm, the cocktail from Taormina, a location featured in Season two, takes its place on this special menu.
• Coconut Paradise: Bringing the magic back to the tropics, the cocktail from Koh Samui’s iconic filming location for Season three combines the sweet aroma of coconut with the gentle scent of Thai pandan leaves.

Relaxation Amid Bamboo Thickets

The ambient free-form rock pool at Four Seasons Tented Camp is perfectly suited for all-day relaxation – whether reading a book with a cocktail by the side, or simply soaking in the leisurely life by the riverside, there’s something for everyone – now elevated by the beautifully decorated cabanas. Adding the bartender’s touch, the team has created two special beverages: a rum-based Amber Infusion and a non-alcoholic Passion Wave, combining the sweetness of coconut and tartness of passionfruit for a true flavour of the tropics. Complementing the beverage selection, the team has also curated a menu of light bites that reflect the signature flavours from the three destinations as well as the unique Golden Triangle location where Thailand, Myanmar and Laos converge. From Pomelo Miang Kham and Pandan Coconut Jelly to Summer Fruits Spring Rolls, the refreshing menu favours the setting along the Ruak River.

Rejuvenation at a Countryside Idyll

Named after a variety of jasmine, Ratree Bar and Lounge at Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai has a casual Thai-style ambience complete with fine wines, creative cocktails and a selection of Thai and international snacks. It plays perfect host to this Poolside Escape as the venue lends itself to the mix of sculpted planters, wooden pedestals, sheers and lush tropical greenery that is quintessentially Thailand. Here, guests can soak in a relaxing daytime experience by the pool, while enjoying the best vantages at sundown with a cocktail in hand. Adding a local touch to the menu, the bar team has created two special beverages using homegrown basil: a gin-based Local Basil Smash and a non-alcoholic Bazil Fizz. Bringing a flavour of the seasons, the menu of light bites reflects the signature flavours from the three destinations including Superfood Salad, Avocado Smash, Thai Spicy Mixed Fruit Salad and Wagyu Beef Tacos.

Reeling in the Island Life

The showstopper of the latest season, the beachside experience at Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui is transformed into The White Lotus Bar at CoCoRum, with cabanas, snack and beverages inspired by series. The resort’s chic poolside lounge with decadent cocktails, CoCoRum spotlights artisanal spirits and is home to Asia’s only rum vault. With The White Lotus Bar takeover at this iconic venue, guests can not only enjoy delectable drinks but also light bites that reflect the signature tropical flavours including Pomelo and Shrimps on rice crackers (Yam Som-O), Guacamole, Wagyu Beef Tostada and Grilled Tiger Prawn Tacos.
