Join Adorn Bar & Restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Chicago for an unforgettable evening of culinary creativity and Champagne excellence as it partners with the prestigious Maison Krug for a one-night-only dining experience: Krug in the Kitchen.

Held on September 18, 2025, this exclusive event is part of a global series hosted by Krug. Each year, the Krug in the Kitchen series spotlights a single, often overlooked ingredient; this year’s dinner spotlights the humble yet versatile carrot.

In collaboration with celebrated Chicago-based chefs, Adorn’s culinary team has crafted a multi-course tasting menu that reinterprets the carrot through refined technique and a distinctly Midwestern lens. Every dish reflects Krug’s ethos of individuality and meticulous craftsmanship, creating a sensory dialogue between the art of cuisine and the elegance of Krug Champagne.

The evening will begin with an intimate standing reception from 5:00 to 6:00 pm, featuring passed canapés and Champagne, followed by a seated four-course dinner from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. Each course will be thoughtfully paired with a signature Krug cuvée, guiding guests through a unique progression of flavour, texture, and aroma.

  • Krug Vintage Cuvée 2011
  • Krug Vintage Cuvée 2004
  • Krug Rosé Cuvée 28ème Édition

Additionally, The Spa at Four Seasons Chicago is also elevating its offerings throughout the month of September with the Krug Wine List – Spa and Wellness experience. In partnership with Krug, guests can upgrade their post-treatment ritual with a premium Champagne selection available in the Spa’s Relaxation Lounge from September 1 to 30, 2025. Offerings include Krug Grand Cuvée 375ml (USD 230), 750ml (USD 400), Krug Vintage 2004 (USD 1,200), and Krug Vintage 2011 (USD 1,150). Each spa wine purchase includes a complimentary wellness gift sponsored by 111SKIN, along with refreshments inspired by the Krug in the Kitchen series for a complete sensory indulgence.
