Since its opening, Saai Yue Heen has been known for its dedication to authentic Cantonese flavours, supported by a highly skilled culinary team and carefully sourced ingredients. The refeshed menu features a variety of Cantonese delicacies, including the traditional Black Truffle Roast Goose that blends the rich flavour of meat with the umami of mushrooms, featuring crispy skin and tender meat with a subtle woody aroma; and Crab Meat Stir-Fried Vermicelli Pot, a dish where vermicelli absorbs the rich flavour of fresh crab. The menu also highlights premium seafood, such as Steamed Grouper and Braised Abalone, showcasing the chefs' expertise in combining traditional Cantonese techniques with Dalian's local seafood.
