'Tis the Season to Celebrate the Holidays at Four Seasons Hotel Denver
This holiday season, celebrate with friends and family at Four Seasons Hotel Denver. To kick off the festivities, take in the incredible decor throughout the Hotel, including the spectacular 15 foot (4.6 metre) lobby Christmas tree adorned with silver and gold accents, as well as a life-size gingerbread sleigh crafted by the pastry team. For the 5th year, toys collected in the gingerbread sleigh will be donated to the Denver Santa Claus Shop, a nonprofit organisation that provides toys to more than 14,000 children in need during the holidays.

Christmas Day Brunch
Begin the holiday with plenty of cheer during brunch at EDGE from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. The multi-course menu offers a variety of delicious items such as beet carpaccio with burrata, oregano pesto and balsamic; Maine lobster bisque; or yogurt parfait with local Black Squirrel granola. Brunch entrees include traditional favourites such as roasted prime rib, crab cake benedict, zucchini pistachio pancakes and cranberry French toast. End brunch with an incredible assortment of sweet treats at the expansive dessert buffet. The brunch menu is offered for USD 80 per adult or USD 30 per child 12 and under.
Christmas Day Dinner
To enjoy a meal during a silent night, a three-course prix fixe menu will be offered at EDGE from 2:00 to 9:00 pm. Guests will enjoy a choice of appetiser including lump crab cake with watercress, celery root and cranberry butter; Maine lobster bisque; beet carpaccio and burrata; or a chilled shellfish platter for the table for USD 12. Second course dishes include the choice of a five spice duck breast with baby bok choy; pan seared steelhead trout with quinoa and vegetables; or roasted prime rib with yukon garlic mash, heirloom carrots and a bourbon sauce. The meal concludes on a sweet note with a dessert course, offering gingerbread cake, a Christmas cookie "ornament," or an adorable meringue snowman. The prix fixe menu is available for USD 85 per adult or USD 30 per child 12 and under.
New Year's Eve
Ring in the New Year at Four Seasons Hotel Denver with a lavish prix fixe menu, festive libations and a masquerade celebration to welcome 2018.
At EDGE Restaurant, a three-course menu is available from 5:00 to 7:00 pm for USD 89 per person. A second seating, four-course menu is available for USD 170 per person from 8:00 pm to 12:00 midnight, which includes a champagne toast and access to the EDGE Bar countdown celebration. Dishes on the menu include roasted winter squash, haystack goat cheese and pepitas; a "63 degree egg" with asparagus, quinoa and parmesan, prime beef tenderloin; togarashi crusted ahi tuna; Boulder chicken and a '"Five to Midnight" chocolate and espresso flourless cake.
After dining, celebrate the night away at EDGE Bar with a masquerade-themed party featuring DJ entertainment and a photo booth. Entry into the celebration is offered for USD 45 per person, and bottle service featuring Dom Perignon and Belvedere vodka is also available.
EDGE Bar
Throughout the season, enjoy festive libations at EDGE Bar with a new cocktail menu debuted for the happiest time of year. New cocktail highlights include the Nutcracker, a holiday Manhattan made with Bulleit bourbon, vermouth, walnut liqueur and dashes of chocolate bitters. Just in time for Colorado’s ski season, sip and savour the Black Diamond, an infused margarita crafted with hand-selected Patron Barrel Aged Reposado, curacao and a black salt rim. Or, for EDGE’s take on traditional apple pie in a glass, the American Pie is made with Plantation five-year rum, Leopold Brother’s apple liqueur, sugar and lime, for the ideal seasonal beverage.
