Four Seasons Hotel Denver Joins the Children’s Diabetes Foundation for a Culinary Experience Honouring Diabetes Awareness Month
This November, Four Seasons Hotel Denver supports the Children’s Diabetes Foundation in recognition of Diabetes Awareness Month. At the heart of the initiative, EDGE Restaurant & Bar invites guests to experience a thoughtfully curated three-course menu and vibrant blue cocktail that benefit the Foundation and their work to support the Type One Diabetes community.
The hotel’s iconic spire will illuminate in blue throughout the month, the globally recognized colour of diabetes awareness, serving as a symbol of hope and solidarity across the Mile High skyline.
A Menu with Purpose
Under the creative leadership of Executive Chef Josh Fryer and his culinary team, the Diabetes Awareness Menu captures the warmth of autumnal dining in Colorado. The meal begins with Roasted Pumpkin Soup, layered with Ras el Hanout and finished with toasted pepitas. The main course features Pan-Roasted Salmon served over Beluga Lentils and Braised Kale, complemented by a rich Mustard Yogurt Sauce. For dessert, a Basque Cheesecake with seasonal fruit brings a decadent and balanced finale. The menu is priced at USD 70.
At EDGE Bar, guests can raise a glass to the cause with Aquamarine, a striking blue cocktail created by Bar Manager Collin Griffith. Crafted with Milagro Silver Tequila, Triple Sec, and an Acid-Adjusted Blue Spirulina Solution, the drink’s vibrant hue honours the colour of diabetes awareness while reflecting the bar’s signature creative edge. The cocktail is priced at USD 16.
Each course and cocktail are presented with macronutrient transparency, a thoughtful touch that serves as a tool and tribute to the Type One Diabetes community. In addition, a portion of proceeds directly benefit the Children’s Diabetes Foundation. The Diabetes Awareness Month menu and Aquamarine cocktail are available at EDGE Restaurant & Bar from November 1 through November 30, 2025. Reservations may be made through OpenTable or by contacting the restaurant at +1 303 389 3050.
Support for the Children’s Diabetes Foundation
The Children’s Diabetes Foundation (CDF) is a Colorado-based nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of those affected by Type One Diabetes through research, patient support, and public awareness. Established in 1977 by Barbara and Marvin Davis after their daughter Dana’s diagnosis, CDF serves as the fundraising arm for the Barbara Davis Center for Diabetes. The foundation works to advance treatment options and ease the financial burden for families navigating this lifelong condition, ensuring that access to exceptional care and education is never out of reach.
