Up-Close Animal Encounter

Guests also have the opportunity to enhance their adventure at Denver Zoo by reserving an Up-Close Animal Encounter and explore behind-the-scenes areas of the Zoo with a personal tour guide and VIP experience. Participants receive branded photographs of their experience and the animals they encounter, as well as specialty Zoo souvenirs to take home. This exclusive experience is limited to one group per date, and can be tailored to the interests of the group.

Adopt an Animal

To further contribute to the conservation efforts of Denver Zoo, guests also have the option to symbolically Adopt an Animal and support the world-class care that the Zoo provides for the animals every day. Animals available to adopt include giraffes, elephants, polar bears, lions, and many more.

To arrange for an Up-Close Animal Encounter or to participate in the Adopt an Animal program, contact Denver Zoo directly at 720 337 1400 or find out more online.

The Edge to EDGE Dining Experience

EDGE Restaurant and Bar, the signature restaurant located inside Four Seasons Hotel Denver, will also offer an unforgettable experience in partnership with Denver Zoo. The Zoo’s newest animal exhibit, The Edge, provides guests with the opportunity to get closer than ever with the Zoo’s three Amur tigers. With The Edge to EDGE Dining Experience, guests enjoy a thrilling behind-the-scenes tiger encounter and get an up-close view of a training session with one of The Edge’s resident tigers, and learn from the exhibit’s animal care experts. Following the tour, guests are invited to Four Seasons Hotel Denver to enjoy a prix-fixe lunch and a special tiger souvenir at EDGE Restaurant for a truly unique experience that can’t be missed.

Beginning summer 2018, The Edge to EDGE encounter and dining experience is available to book for USD 120 per person, for guests aged 12 years and older, which includes the tiger encounter and lunch at EDGE Restaurant. The tiger encounter is available to reserve on Sundays and Tuesdays only at 9:45 am MT and must be booked at least three days in advance of the desired date by contacting sally.mjoseth@fourseasons.com.
