This summer, Jou Jou Brasserie at Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach welcomes guests to discover Sapori del Sud, an intimate one-night only supper club. Taking place on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, the supper club experience is inspired by the traditions, cuisine, and heartfelt hospitality of the South of Italy. The evening celebrates the traditions of Mediterranean dining, where recipes carry generations of stories, the meal becomes a moment of connection and the table is filled with warmth and generosity.

Set within Jou Jou’s elegant and inviting dining room, Sapori del Sud brings diners together around a long communal setting, creating a shared dining experience filled with conversation, shared stories, and the simple pleasure of exceptional food in good company. From 7:00 pm guests will be transported to the heart of Napoli and the Mediterranean, where every dish reflects the coastal charm and the sun-drenched landscapes of the region.

Created by Jou Jou Brasserie’s culinary team and Giordana Attilio, the specially curated menu explores the vibrant flavours of Southern Italy, infusing authentic ingredients, traditional influences and Jou Jou’s signature approach to modern Mediterranean dining.

Exclusive dishes include Frittata di Pasta, a beloved Neapolitan classic, as well as Ziti alla Genovese, an iconic slow-cooked ragù from Naples, prepared using Giordana’s mother Iole’s cherished family recipe. Traditionally made by slowly braising beef with an abundance of onions over several hours, the dish transforms into a rich, deeply comforting sauce, one that carries memories of Giordana’s home, family, and the unmistakable aromas of a Neapolitan kitchen.

Throughout the evening, stories behind the cuisine will offer guests a deeper appreciation to the heritage and memories woven into each dish. Passed down through generations, these traditions reflect the true spirit of Southern Italy, where food brings people closer, and every table holds a story waiting to be shared.

The evening is presented in collaboration with Giordana Attilio, Founder of Napoli Napoli Supper Club. Known for her passion for Southern Italian culture and culinary traditions, her supper clubs are revered for the connection between food, culture, and conversation. Together with Jou Jou Brasserie, the partnership celebrates the spirit of Napoli, a city where food, family and hospitality are so cherished.
