Firebird Diner at Four Seasons Hotel Dubai International Financial Centre Partners with Dubai Food Festival to Present the Great American Road Trip Experience

On Thursday, February 23, 2017,  Firebird Diner by Michael Mina at Four Seasons Hotel Dubai International Financial Centre will partner with Dubai Food Festival to host a one-off signature experience called "The Great American Road Trip." The experience will take guests on a culinary journey through America with stops at all the major destinations on the menu. There will even be a chance for one lucky guest to win a trip of a lifetime stateside.

The fun and innovative menu will cover specialties from regions across the American Midwest, Deep South, North East and West Coast, which guests can follow on their interactive road map-style menu. Favourites include dishes such as the Nashville hot chicken, Laguna Beach sliders and Mississippi mud pie.  The servers will be dressed in all-American costume such as cowboys for Arizona, leis for Hawaii and more while on the large outdoor terrace a film of the road trip will play along with decorative features of the famed routes, such as Route 66.  

Executive Chef Matthew Dahlkemper, born and raised in Chicago, will be on hand to interact with guests and explain the different culinary techniques used behind each dish, inspired by the location they are from. Live music from a swing band will complete the fun-filled atmosphere, with sounds of the greatest American hits resonating throughout the Diner. And it doesn’t end there - on arrival to Firebird Diner, each guest will be given a boarding pass to fill in for the chance to win a dazzling two-night stay at Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas in a Strip View King Room.
