New Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco at Embarcadero Invites Guests Back as California Reopens

San Francisco, U.S.A.

The new Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco at Embarcadero reopens on June 16, 2021, joining neighbourhood Michelin-starred restaurants, world-class museums and local attractions in welcoming guests back to the city by the Bay.

Every redesigned guest room and suite - located on the top 11 floors of the 48-storey 345 California Center building - offers sweeping panoramic views from which guests can use as a visual guide to plan their stay: from the iconic Golden Gate Bridge and cable cars to Alcatraz Island and the soaring downtown skyline.

“There is so much this Hotel and city has to offer and we can’t wait for our guests to once again enjoy personalised experiences and uncompromising luxury,” says the Hotel’s General Manager Robert Megargle.

San Francisco Through the Lens

Whether travelling to San Francisco for the first time or fifth, the Hotel offers a way to view the city from a new perspective. The San Francisco Through the Lens experience allows guests to capture frame-worthy images of landmarks through a private photo class with award-winning photographer Adam Jacobs.

Catering to various levels of expertise, Jacobs shares photographic techniques as well as pro tips and tricks before venturing out and capturing specific areas on a walking photo class. Stops include the Transamerica Pyramid, Pier 7, the Ferry Building, Rincon Park, the Bay Bridge, and Salesforce Tower. Guests learn about the hidden gems just outside the Hotel and around downtown from a local expert, while taking home lasting memories of their San Francisco visit.

Options for self-guided walking tours on the Embarcadero waterfront are also available, where guests can reconnect with Jacobs online to review photos and fine-tune skills.

Suite Stay

The new two-bedroom Embarcadero Suites, with their spacious, studio-style layouts, are particularly suited for families looking for extra space. For those working from the road, the suite’s two desks mean separate areas for virtual meetings; and office supplies and more are a tap away when using the Four Seasons App.

A Vibrant City Reopening

Guests visiting San Francisco have a plethora of options, from the limited four-week engagement of Hamilton at the Orpheum Theatre from August 10 to September 5, 2021 to The Art of Banksy presented by Starvox Exhibits at a to-be-announced venue showcasing 80 pieces of the street artist in November 2021.

This annual summer tradition of musical concerts returns to Stern Grove, while the music and arts festival Outside Lands returns October 29-31, 2021 in Golden Gate Park.

The Hotel’s concierge team can create custom itineraries to experience San Francisco and beyond, including arranging tickets and reservations.

Still to Come

In 2021, Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco at Embarcadero will introduce an all-new street level restaurant. Also on the horizon, an open-air Sky Deck on the 40th floor will feature unique pop-ups and other events.

Take Advantage of These Reopening Offers

To welcome guests back to the newest Four Seasons in California, the Hotel is offering more ways to enjoy the city with value added experiences, such as the Experience More package or stay longer with the Fourth Night Free. Reservations may be made online.
