Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco at Embarcadero Introduces Sky Flow Yoga: A Weekly Wellness Experience on the 40th Floor Terrace
Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco at Embarcadero, a recognized Michelin two-key hotel, is elevating wellness to new heights—literally. The Hotel is pleased to debut Sky Flow Yoga, a signature outdoor yoga experience set against the breathtaking backdrop of San Francisco’s iconic skyline.
Hosted on the Hotel’s open-air 40th floor terrace, Sky Flow Yoga offers sweeping panoramic views of the Golden Gate Bridge, Transamerica Pyramid, Bay Bridge, and the city’s famed skyline, creating a serene and inspiring setting for a rejuvenating 60-minute flow. In collaboration with local yoga studio favourite Nob Hill Yoga, the weekly class is designed to ground the body and calm the mind while immersed in the beauty of San Francisco from above.
“We are thrilled to offer yoga classes to our guests, allowing a unique wellness experience to focus the mind and body,” said Jason de Vries, General Manager of Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco at Embarcadero. “Sky Flow Yoga reflects the essence of the Embarcadero experience—elevated, inspiring, and connected to the energy of San Francisco.”
Sky Flow Yoga sessions are complimentary for guests and will be held every Saturday at 12:30 pm, providing guests with a memorable way to refresh their bodies and spirits high above the city streets.
